LTCV Credit Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "LTCV", "We", "Us", "Our") welcomes you to https://ltcv.credit/ ("Website"), or mobile application ("App"). The Website and App are, together, referred to as "Platform" for accessing, selling, offering or services on the website and accessing financial products of LTCV, including but not restricted to, loans, insurance & other financial products as offered by LTCV, permitting third party advertisements, etc.
"Affiliates" means LTCV's wholly owned subsidiaries, subsidiaries, parent company, associate companies or a joint venture, partnership or corporation that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control of or with LTCV or LTCV's wholly owned subsidiary. The term "control" (including the terms "controlled by" and "under common Control with") shall have the definition as provided under the Companies Act, 2013.
These Terms and Conditions also serve as a User Agreement ("Agreement") is an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules made thereunder, and the relevant amendments made thereon. This Agreement does not require any physical, digital, or electronic signature provided that if a User avails a loan from LTCV through the Platform.
This Agreement is published in accordance with the requirements under applicable laws, including, without limitation, the provisions of:
Your use of the Platform and Services and tools are governed by this Agreement, including the applicable policies, such as, without limitation, the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with LTCV. This Agreement (including the policies) constitute Your binding obligations with LTCV.
This Platform is LTCV's digital platform for:
Every User of the Platform and Services provided hereunder is bound by:
If User is dissatisfied with any portion of the Platform or any provision of this Agreement, the User's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the usage of the Platform.
The User confirms that he/she has fully read this Agreement and agrees to abide by the same. This Agreement shall be effective as soon as the User accesses the Platform. Every login or use of Services shall be considered as a re-affirmation to the terms of this Agreement.
LTCV is entitled to amend any provisions of this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform, which will become effective from the time of such post. User is advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates.
If the revised version includes a "Substantial Change" (defined as a change that reduces User's rights or increases User's responsibilities), LTCV will provide User with 5 days' prior notice.
Communication by email/SMS or by notice on the Platform shall constitute adequate service of notice and shall be deemed to satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
If any clause of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses.
LTCV reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse access if you are discovered to be under 18 years or otherwise legally disqualified. LTCV has the right at its sole discretion to refuse or terminate access of any person with or without notice.
By registering, User authorizes LTCV and its Affiliates/partners to communicate via SMS, Email, Phone, or any other means to offer product information and promotional schemes, regardless of do not disturb status.
LTCV may offer improved visibility for listings and other benefits as per terms and conditions of schemes launched from time to time.
All loan-related Services are subject to applicable laws, government notifications, and regulatory guidelines including those issued by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI").
You may avail loans/services from LTCV only if legally permitted under applicable laws. If we discover incapacity to enter legally binding contracts, we may immediately terminate the account and take legal action.
To create an LTCV Account, you must provide:
You must permit one-time access to mobile's camera, microphone, and location solely for onboarding/KYC requirements. If you revoke mandatory permissions required for fraud prevention, collections, and underwriting, you will not be able to avail applied loans.
You will be required to appoint us as your authorized agent to access your credit information from various credit information companies (EQUIFAX, CIBIL, etc.), subject to applicable laws.
We reserve the right to store information on your device in the form of cookies for purposes of modifying the Platform to reflect your preferences.
All loans will be governed by applicable sanction letter, loan documentation, security documentation (if any), applicable policies (as amended from time to time) and other executed documents.
As part of the loan application process, you expressly authorize LTCV to collect, access, verify, and evaluate your income details, including but not limited to salary slips, bank statements, income tax returns, EPFO data, and other employment/income documents. LTCV may utilize third-party verification partners or Account Aggregators for this purpose. Loan disbursal is contingent on satisfactory income assessment and verification.
You are required to issue appropriate auto-debit instructions for your bank account prior to disbursal. These cannot be changed or cancelled during the loan term.
Copies of sanction letter with key fact statement, loan agreement, privacy policy, due dates, EMI amounts, and other updates are provided through the App. Digitally signed soft copies will be sent via SMS/email.
You are advised not to remove the App until loan repayment is complete. If removal is necessary, contact support@ltcv.credit. Fraudulent deletion with intention to avoid repayment constitutes material breach.
LTCV reserves the sole and absolute discretion to withhold or delay disbursal of sanctioned loans if any of the following conditions arise:
LTCV's decision to withhold disbursal in such circumstances shall be final and binding.
The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without representation or warranties, except as specified in writing. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free provision.
The facilities are not intended to provide legal, tax, financial or securities-related advice. The Platform is not and shall never be construed as a financial planner, investment advisor, broker or tax advisor.
The facilities are intended only to assist in money needs and decision-making and are broad and general in scope. Before making financial decisions, consider obtaining additional advice from qualified advisors aware of your individual circumstances.
We may provide various money solutions and options based on your investment profile. You authorize us to use/disseminate information to provide financial solutions, but you are not required to act on them.
You can create a unique ID for managing all financial and non-financial transactions with LTCV. This enables single login for viewing and transacting across all products and services.
We may use third parties to undertake certain services. These providers may collect and/or use User information to offer services. LTCV assumes no responsibility for examining or evaluating third-party services.
Our Platform may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or third-Party Content. LTCV does not control such content and shall not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from use of third-Party Content.
Inclusion of third-Party Content does not imply LTCV's endorsement. LTCV does not provide warranty regarding authenticity or accuracy of third-Party Content.
LTCV may restrict User activity, pursue remedies, and/or deny Platform access if:
LTCV may at its sole discretion reinstate suspended Users at any time.
Suspended Users shall not register or attempt to register until reinstatement by LTCV.
LTCV is entitled to claim damages from breaching Users and take applicable legal action.
The Platform is developed and owned by LTCV. Platform content, logos, images, design, graphics, icons, interfaces and arrangements are protected under intellectual property laws and international conventions.
Users shall not:
User warrants the right to grant LTCV a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, distribute content and prepare derivative works.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and Account. You shall not allow anyone else to use your password and are fully responsible for all activities using your password or Account.
Please notify data@ltcv.credit immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
The Platform will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of someone else using your password or account, with or without your knowledge.
Each User agrees to indemnify LTCV, its Affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, officers, agents, suppliers, service partners and consultants from all claims, demands and damages arising out of User's transactions, Platform use, breach of Agreement, or violation of law or third-party rights.
LTCV, its Affiliates, its suppliers and service providers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary or other damages arising out of Platform connection, services or Agreement.
Under no circumstance will LTCV's liability exceed the amount of fees paid by User to LTCV, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
LTCV bears no liability for monetary or other damage due to delay, interruption, failure, or corruption of data transmitted in connection with Platform use.
All personal information including sensitive personal information will be stored/used/processed/transmitted expressly for indicated purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may share data with third-party service providers only for service delivery, regulatory compliance, or legal obligations, in line with applicable Indian laws.
You authorize LTCV to override DND settings to reach you through calls, SMS, emails, WhatsApp messages and other communication modes for service-related and promotional purposes.
You may withdraw consent as per mechanisms provided in the Privacy Policy. For data-related queries, contact data@ltcv.credit.
You agree that the Platform will automatically receive and collect anonymous information through Web server logs, including computer-identification information from "cookies" sent to your browser, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to arbitration clauses, LTCV and User agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
LTCV and User(s) shall attempt good faith mutual resolution of disputes within 30 days of dispute arising.
Failing amicable settlement, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between User and LTCV. User has no authority to bind LTCV.
Notices shall be sent to User's mobile number, email address, or postal address provided during registration. Email notices are deemed served when leaving LTCV's computer system. Postal notices are deemed served within 3 days of posting.
Users agree not to:
Your right to use facilities is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to resell or make commercial use of facilities.
References to third-party names, marks, products or services do not imply LTCV's endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation.
Promotional Offers are governed by these Terms plus specific additional terms. LTCV reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue, modify, extend and suspend offers at sole discretion.
There are no charges for Platform use. However, you are responsible for telephone/internet service fees and any additional charges levied by Third Party Service Providers.
LTCV reserves the right to discontinue or suspend facilities temporarily or permanently. Format and content may change at any time.
LTCV, its Affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for delays or failures due to acts of nature, forces beyond reasonable control, including Internet failures, equipment failures, strikes, riots, governmental actions, etc.
Users cannot assign rights under this Agreement. LTCV may assign rights to affiliated or group companies.
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement, superseding all prior agreements and communications relating to the subject matter.
Terms remain in effect unless terminated. LTCV may terminate access immediately for violations. Upon termination, Platform access is revoked and Terms terminate except for surviving clauses.
No waiver of rights unless in writing. No delay in exercising rights operates as waiver.
Information is provided for general guidance only and may be prone to shortcomings, defects or inaccuracies. Information may vary from other sources and should not be solely relied upon for investment decisions.
Nothing constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or recommendation to buy/sell securities. Information does not constitute solicitation and users assume full responsibility for financial decisions.
Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. LTCV makes no representations regarding uninterrupted, secure, or error-free services.
